Your missions
Most of Mantu Group (formerly known as Amaris) applications are designed from scratch and raise challenges on different area of knowledge as Business Intelligence, user-friendly aspect or efficiency. As a Mantu’ Product Architect, you have a central position, and work directly with your Product Team, and IT Architects. Your main tool is your Product Technical Road Map.
You are accountable for the product technical foundations & technical long-term vision. Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Mastering business vision & product functional roadmap;
- Protecting your product by requiring technical constraints on its Product Backlog Items;
- Challenging your technical roadmap & IT architecture roadmap;
- Maintaining your technical roadmap & ensure it is public/visible;
- Training each Scrum team member on your technical roadmap;
- Developing code facilitator in order to speed up Scrum Team compliancy;
- Reviewing codes & controlling your technical roadmap compliancy;
- Knowing the expertise & strengths of each Scrum team member;
- Accompanying HR Managers in their Scrum team member performance assessment;
- Auditing & continuously trying new technologies;
- Sharing practices & knowledge, challenging your ideas;
- Retrospecting/Evaluating each big milestone;
- Embodying Mantu IT Team values and mind-set.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent);
- At least 6 years’ experience with programming in OOP (C#/ ASP.NET, MVC preferred) as well as database knowledge (SQL Server preferred);
- Solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design;
- Passion in development or highly motivated to improve your Microsoft development skills;
- High level of proficiency in English in order to attend meetings with other development teams in Europe, give support to assigned applications and modules, support project managers and architects to make the best decisions, document your work;
- Excellence in interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- Ability to prioritize, assign and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems, and to put ideas into tangible form;
- Experience with or exposure to new technologies, such as .Net Core, React JS, LESS, SASS, Docker, CI/CD, etc., is highly appreciated.
