We are looking for a member to join our expert team and your responsibility will be:
• Provide IT support and resolve problems in accordance with established SLA.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Service Desk or direct request from users.
• Monitor IT request assigned to the queue and process based on priority.
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation, as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new users. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses.
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
• Preparation and submission of activity reports.
• Be the custodian of Group IT services delivered in local. Provide constant feedback and push for improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Experienced /specialized in IT/Computer - Network/windows server management or equivalent.
• English mandatory, French as a plus.

Key Competencies
• Incident management knowledge (Service Now/Remedy ITSM ticketing tools).
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10 Operation system (Installation/troubleshooting/user support etc.,).
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook/Skype/TEAMS etc.,).
• Expertise in Microsoft Technologies (Sharepoint,OneDrive etc.,).
• Basic Networking knowledge (LAN/WiFi/WAN etc.,).
• Oral and written communications.
• Customer service orientation.
• Problem analysis and solving skills.
• Attention to details.
• Team player.
• Planning and organizing.
