- Hỗ trợ phát triển các sản phẩm khác của Công ty.
- Nghiên cứu ứng dụng công nghệ/giải pháp mới để tối ưu hệ thống theo thời gian.

Your Skills and Experience
Must to have :
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình ít nhất 4 năm
- Có khả năng thiết kế 1 hệ thống chịu tải lớn (10k RPS)
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển và vận hành hệ thống scalable, high CCU
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển các sản phẩm liên quan đến streaming video và/hoặc BigData là một lợi thế
- Thành thạo (một hoặc nhiều): Java, PHP, Python, Node.js, Golang
- Thành thạo MySQL và/hoặc Postgres
- Thành thạo: MongoDB, Elastic Search, Couchbase hoặc column-based databases
- Thành thạo sử dụng GIT và gitflows
- A/B Testing
Nice to have :
- Tiếng anh đọc hiểu tài liệu
- Kiến thức về các hệ thống quản lý/quản trị phát triển sản phẩm như: Jira, Redmine
- Am hiểu qui trình phát triển sản phẩm Agile/SCRUM, Kanban
- Kiến thức về UnitTest, đảm bảo triển khai Unit Test cho các backend service
- Có kiến thức về hạ tầng Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud hoặc OpenStack
- Am hiểu về hệ thống CI/CD
- Có kiến thức về kiến trúc micro-service
- Có khả năng đào tạo cấp dưới
- Thường xuyên đưa ra giải pháp công nghệ để nâng cao hiệu quả sản phẩm.
