We are looking for Software Customer Service to support our growing Cloud based dental practice software. Person should be inter-to-fluent in English and can communicate directly with customers by email and by phone. We pride in our Customer Satisfaction and Service professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to our English speaking customers
- Research, diagnose, analyze and record customer issues and communicate solutions
- Interact with Vietnam Dev and QA members
- Interact with US members
- Respond to customer assistance email
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to maintain customer satisfaction
- Working overnight shifts

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Level in Computer Science, IT or related field
- Comfortable English usage for day to day work in Customer service requests
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft and configuring Windows software
- Attention to detail and prioritization, be customer oriented
- Experience in handling customer service requests, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
- IT experience with MAC, Database/SQL, network and/or dental environment are a plus
- An ability/ willingness to work overnight shifts
