Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Consultant team, Marketing team, Customer Support team and partner with Business Development team, Software Development team to make proposals to customers, conduct presales, then provide excellent and smooth end-to-end services and help customers unleash their growth potential
  • Be responsible for conducting and delivering key training sessions about products for ATALINK customers /partners
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the deals are properly closed. Act as the main contact point for problem-solving and supporting with key customers/ partners
  • Evaluate and recommend essential changes to current and future system requirements to satisfy customer needs and establish a successful deployment process for ATALINK’s customers
  • Conduct on-demand search for leads in support of the sales team’s job
  • Coordinate with CEO and Business Development Director for future sales strategies
  • Represent company at trade shows, job fairs or other events beneficial to the development of brand
  • Coach and upgrade in-house team (estimated 8-10 members and will ramp up based on current needs)
  • This position will work and report directly with CEO

Your Skills and Experience

Essential Skills

  • At least 5 years of business analysis and customer relationship management experience in software development projects (ERP, DMS)
  • Good knowledge of software engineering and SDLC Good business process modeling skill
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
  • Good at problem solving and consulting
  • Attention to detail, organization skill and easy to talk to people
