The Job holder is responsible for administering, maintaining and monitoring server applications
- Management, operation and maintenance of all staging and production systems
- Effectively manage and assign projects as necessary.
- Deploy, automate, maintain and manage Production system, to ensure availability, performance, scalability and security of production systems
- Build and maintain tools, solutions and micro-services associated with deployment and operations platform, ensuring that all meet our customer service standards and reduce errors.
- Specifying, documenting and developing new product features, and writing automating scripts.
- Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes.
- Work with open-source technologies as needed. Work with CI and CD tools, and source control such as GIT and Bucket
- System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
- Suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements
- Able to work in shifts and be on standby at off-hours
- Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Your Skills and Experience
- BA degree or above
- 2-3 years of experience working as DevOps
- Experience in supporting applications and transactions monitoring, providing support to Ops and Business, adjusting system settings for changes.
- Have deep technical skills and experience in several of the following domains: Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, Sonar, Docker container, …
- Strong use of Shell scripting languages including BASH for Linux.
- Good experience in Linux system
- Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer in a 24x7 uptime Staging/Production environment, including automation experience with configuration management tools.
- Available to work in shifts (8 hours / shift / day)
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. Nagios. Grafana, Check MK).
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure
- DB Skills: Experience in setting up and maintaining databases like MySQL, MongoDB (Elastic Search or other NoSQL is a plus)
- Networking: Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services: DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP.
- Private/Public / Hybrid Cloud deployment and design experience
- Enterprise Storage (SAN, NAS, Object, vSAN)
- Can use English
