• Excellent scope management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent soft skills for communications at all business levels as well as relationship management with product owner team and stakeholders
• Present direction, project plan, high-level overview to the various business teams – ability to create presentations audience-specific
• Report on project progress: weekly status reports, monthly project reviews, etc
• Coordination: running testing teams
• Knowledge of project management tool like Asana

Advantage to have:

• Knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus
• Understand of software security is a plus
• 8+ years experience with software development
• 4+ years experience with project management
• Experience with CI/CD workflow
• Knowledge at least one of following programing language: PHP, C#/ASP.NET, Java, NodeJS
• Running Scrum: Run daily standups, assist with Blockers, drive improvement
