Reporting directly to the founding CEO, you’ll be accountable for end to end management of the operations to meet & exceed PowerSell’s business objectives, including but not limited to:
• Build the the business strategy aligned with the group strategic roadmap
• Full P&L accountability for PowerSell business line. Develop and execute an integrated go-to-market plan for the product, including feature roll-out, product positioning, and routes to market.
• Create the marketing strategy to help sales team to acquire new e-commerce retailers for PowerSell by smartly utilizing data insights, digital marketing & user acquisition toolsets
• Developing the business, product & continuously growing the market to ensure a sustainable and profitable e-commerce operation
• Lead the goal setting and performance management process that measures and evaluates progress across key company functions: Business Development, Product, Tech, HR and Finance
• Manage the daily performance of the company. Use good meeting and project planning practices to drive focus and results.
• Oversee contract negotiation and legal activities: client contracts, partnership agreements,
• Vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
• Managing face to face and remote relationships utilizing high level business acumen and mental agility, within a complex network of local & international stakeholders (vendors, retailers, platform partners, Intrepid Group functions)

Professional Experience
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-speed, high growth environment
• Background in management consultancy, e-commerce platform, fast-growth startup would be highly advantageous – this could be from a global strategy firm
• Investment banking background could also be suitable
• Business line management experience in launching new technology products, and scaling for growth and profitability
• Entrepreneurial spirit / prior founding experience with a start-up strongly beneficial
• Hands-on & progressive experience in a commercial and product function in SaaS industry (e- commerce experience will be preferable)

• Fluent / native in Vietnamese & English
• Business acumen to develop insightful analysis that can be implemented into meaningful action
• Excellent team building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Numbers driven, structured thinking, and analytical
• Comfortable performing in a 24/7/365 environment
• Ability to manage network of stakeholders externally as well as big and senior team internally
• Positive, resilient personality and mindset
