We are looking for Project Manager / Business Analyst (French)

Project Manager
Responsible for enacting Agile/Scrum values and practices
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders by excellent communication
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Track project progress ensuring highest quality of work
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Business Analyst
- Making every kind of business development plans whether of short term program or long-term ventures.
- Ensure appropriate tactical program is developed and implemented according to achieves objectives.
- Understand Client’s business process management and business requirements. Develop and manage internal and external client relationships, maintaining client satisfaction, with respect to project activities and ensuring effective communication with all parties exist at all times
- Consult, influence and present professional solutions and ways forward to solve or improve clients’ business challenges, systems and processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
- Advise and support account managers
- Plan, estimate and report on work activities
- Work closely with the software delivery team to meet client expectations
- Make sure that the solution recommended is functionally effective and work with expert to ensure the solution is technically viable and cost effective.
- Document and analyze the required information and data.
- Act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams
- Travel when required.

Your Skills and Experience
Project Manager
- At least 3 years of experience in software development and experience in full lifecycle projects management.
- Experience and success with truly Scrum/Agile development teams
- People management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, time management skills.
- Be able to manage client relationships and negotiate changes to commitments/requirements;
- Extremely strong and good knowledge in .NET, Java, PHP, Mobile application
- Background and understanding of software development
- Strong logical and critical thinking
- Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to give a good estimation.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
Business Analyst
- At least 1 year of software development experience as a Business Analyst, or equivalent
experience. - Working experience in technology-related fields
- Well structured, oriented to detail and eager to keep on learning
- Strong programming, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of software development processes required particularly Agile
- Excellent interpersonal, team work and communications skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
