Role Description

Are you looking to be more than just an ordinary Senior QC Lead? Do you have what it takes to see where you can improve the lives of others through making great mobile and web products to solve issues and improve life? As the Senior QC Lead you will be working with our cross-functional tech delivery teams where you will build our next generation of globally scalable technology platforms. You will lead the QC team for researching and developing in support of product and systems requirements over the course of software development lifecycles. This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity that will increase your experience in a fast moving product startup company. What will you do?

• Manage and track quality metrics
• Responsible for managing , hiring , coaching , mentoring , training teams of QA engineers as well as product developers
• Stay current with the QA best practices, methodologies and technologies, and continue to improve the QA processes across the team
• Document software defects in an issues tracking system and proactively communicate issues with developers and other project team members
• Partner with the delivery and support teams to review and understand business requirements, assist with technical implementations, and help to resolve escalated client issues
• Act as a strong advocate for quality and share QA knowledge to other team members within the organization
• Lead and mentor QC team members, build automation team from ground up.
• Establish key metrics to indicate success or failure after new product rollouts
• Expertise in content testing and functional testing
• Work closely with developers , other engineers and product management throughout the organization to influence product development and improve product quality.
• Should have great attention to detail and results driven approach
• Develops and implements quality assurance automation tools , standards and processes , problem reporting processes and systems along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high - quality software.
• Evaluates test results against expected results , implements improvements to process and recommends alternative testing methods as needed.
