What you’ll do:
- Excellent presentation and facilitation ability to walk through team members and stakeholders on user experience journeys. Help them see, understand and empathize with the customers who’ll use the solutions they build.
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Broad experience in usability research, wireframing, prototyping, user experience design, user testing and visual design.
- Setting design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners. Able to create world class user-centered design that takes into consideration research, customer segments and usability feedback.
- Design the UI architecture, interface and interaction flow of web, mobile, tablet, mac applications using latest design guidelines and best practices.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our projects
- Stay up-to-date with tools

Your Skills and Experience
What you should have:
• Minimum 2 years experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Demonstrated visual design expertise, capacity for creating fun, highly pragmatic and simple designs and layouts
• General understanding of how design impacts development, ensuring designs are not overly complicated and costly to develop
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision and Zeplin.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Awesome if you:
• Experience designing interfaces and interactions for real-world applications
• Have amazing design tastes
• Have incredible sense in user experience & usability
