The IT Helpdesk/Support is responsible for ensuring that the IT systems (including HO & outlets of South) are installed and operating properly, system security measures are in place, network and databases are well maintained and utilized to their maximum potential, and that new systems are installed and operating properly to improve company efficiency and profitability, while adhering to our client's standards.

You are seen as the “in house” expert on IT set up, installation, issue troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of IT hardware and software (Microsoft Windows, Office, NAV/POS, TS24, etc.) Ensure PCs, laptops, POS, tablets, servers, LAN/WAN, WiFi, phone/Internet lines, printers, cameras/TVs/conference room systems, network cables, email, outlet databases, antivirus software, etc. are functioning to support users and business needs. Implement all measures to ensure systems are fast, secured and reliable: such as Daily Checklist & periodically maintenance is carried out. Ensure databases/file backups are completed properly for all systems. 1+ years’ experience on IT infrastructure and end user support role, preferably in hospitality/retail.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University/College/Technical degree in IT or equivalence. Prefer candidate with training/certificates on network such as Microsoft-MCSA, Cisco-CCNA, database management, security.

- 1+ years’ experience on IT infrastructure and end user support role, preferably in hospitality/retail.

- Ability to self-study and update technology.

- Good customer service skills and team spirit.

- Be enthusiastic, hardworking, careful and able to work under pressure.

- Prefer candidate with English communications and be able to read/understand technical English document.

- Ability to demonstrate the 3 Core Values of our client: Respect, Enthusiasm and Integrity.
