Role and Responsibilities:
• Proposing development solution with customer;
• Proposing architecture, solution to team and/or review, control solution of members.
• Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing);
• Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery;
• Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications;
• Accountable for continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies/process to optimize development efficiency or improve product quality;

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct training & coaching junior members in software engineering development if required.

- Mức thu nhập ban đầu thương lượng theo năng lực. Bonus/incentive 3 lần/năm. Đánh giá năng lực, xem xét điều chỉnh lương thưởng 2 lần 1 năm.

- Chấp nhận các ứng viên trẻ, ít kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm, nhưng có quyết tâm và khả năng học tập và theo đuổi lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm, cũng như có cam kết làm việc lâu dài cho công ty.

Education
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Automotive, Electronic & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Factory Automation, IoT or related fields.
• At least 3 – 5 years’ working experience in software development, in which, at least 3 years in C programming for embedded.

Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience
(1) Technical Skill
• Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the software development field;
• Expert knowledge at Embedded, Linux, Driver, OS (Linux Kernel, RTOS is an advantage).
• Understands about Object Oriented Analysis and Design at least.
• Firm knowledge at software engineering (from requirement definition, software design, implementation & testing)

(2) Management Skill
• Understanding/experiences in development process: CMMI or practical Agile development is an advantage.
• Experience in dealing with projects that have frequent change requests & tight schedule.
• Experience in working with multi-side and cross-cultured customers is an advantage.

(3) Personality/Soft Skills
• Team working, open minded, long-term commitment & self-motivated;
• Very good inter-personal and communication skills with customers and project members;
• Adapt quickly with new domain, ready to work & study new technologies;
• Able to work under high pressure.

(4) Communication Language
• Fluent communication using English;
• Japanese: motivation to learn Japanese. JLPT N3 or higher is a plus.
