We are looking for a person who can:
- Defining KPI frameworks and driving the QA team to metrics based on these KPIs
- Accountable for the quality of all deliverable, workflows, and relationships for the test team
- Maintain and develop a collaborative, creative and multidisciplinary QA team that focuses on quality and velocity
- Be a trusted partner for management to determine best solutions, help drive alignment and implement decisions throughout your team
- Collaborate with development managers on feature planning and provide metrics on testing progress

Your Skills and Experience
You properly are the potential candidate for this position, if you have:
- College degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field
- 10 years of experience with 5 years in a management position and a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience running a large QA organization (25+ members)
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end test planning for a product
- Ability to perform testing on high to very high complexity projects and provide
- guidance, training, and mentoring
- Ability to contribute and direct at all levels of testing; be able to step in and
- provide leadership in test design and implementation
- Strong people management skills, informed and supported by experience
- motivating and holding people accountable through direct feedback
- Strong organizational skills
- Upper-Intermediate English
You would be a strong candidate, if you have one of these following:
- Preferred Experience with managing an engineering team focused on virtualization, data protection, cloud
