We are looking to hire candidates for the following responsibilities:
- Demonstrate product ownership with developers, product/project managers.
- Provide assistance and advice on the definition of system requirement and system design
- DevOps of various services, and partner solutions
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members

Your Skills and Experience
Must-have:
- Ability to communicate fluently in English or Japanese
- Experience in developing web-based applications using Ruby
- Experience in multiple web frameworks (fluent in at least 2 of the following: Laravel, CakePHP, Symfony, Ruby on Rails, Django, etc.)
- Experience in designing and tuning complex database
- Experience in designing and implementing asynchronous processing using background worker processing
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in front-end development using Sass, TypeScript, Transpiler, etc.
- Experience in improving legacy code, and working with REST API
- Experience in pair programming and/or mob programming
- Experience in working with cloud computing such as AWS
Other important factors:
- Proactively think and execution
- Ability to contribute to the expansion of the Vietnam development team
- Ability to work with others and preference on teamwork
- High interest in learning and using new technology
- Ability to define service issues or technical issues
- Strong interest to change old industries with technology

Raksul’s biggest platform, raksul.com, is an online printing e-commerce service released in 2013, and it has over 1 million registered users in Japan. To further accelerate the growth of this service, many projects are in the pipeline, including the launching of brand new printing product categories such as corporate gift, the rebuilding and strengthening of the backend infrastructure, the releasing of new service features such as an online design software and an automated printing data checking system, etc.
Due to the rapid product expansion, Raksul is going to set up a new entity in Vietnam and grow its team of local engineering talents.
