• Communicate with customer in technical requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.
• Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
• Ready to support customer at out of business working hours when there is request.
• Analyze business data capability at different point of view and recommend to customer the measurement
• Design data model to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
• Visualize data to be report/dashboard
• Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
• Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of development process.
• Make WBS and detailed schedule for project’s development scope.
• Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
• Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up team's development skill.

• 4~6 years’ experience in MS SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL, Data Model and Power BI.
• Experience in Qlik/Tableau is a plus
• 4~6 years’ experience in analyzing data Finance & Accounting, Business Operation, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, HR of Retails (FMCG, QSR, supermarkets, chain stores, online merchants, …) and Manufacturing (automobiles, furniture, equipment,…) industry
• At least 4+ years’ experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
• Able to work under tight schedule.
• Good design documentation is required
• Able to build team work’s spirit.
• Fair in English language would be a plus.
