We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
Requirements

- You are familiar or can be trained further on Agile methodologies fast
- You want to learn as much as you can from others, and want to share knowledge with others.
- [Senior] You love solving hard problems, such as re-architecting the application to support new features that the old assumptions no longer apply.
Responsibilities
- Apply yourself to one or more engineering responsibilities in your team: develop and test new features, maintain and improve current system, upgrading systems, reducing technical debt, extracting modules, improving security, document your work, and contributing to open source when opportunities arise.
- Grow according to the career path at TINYpulse, from needing guidance to being able to self manage to being proactive to go the extra mile to contributing to technical leadership.

Your Skills and Experience
Skills
- You love JavaScript for its good parts and bad parts. You are familiar with React and Webpack or similar libraries and tools.
- UX/UI experience and designing UI/UX components
- Modern responsive design
Bonus if you also have:
- Excellent verbal communication & English skills
- Experience working with Ruby on Rails backend or similar
- Experience working with diversity platform UI providers such as Google suite API, Microsoft OAM.
- Experience working with multiple projects which use diversity frontend technologies.
- Experience with Mockup/Design tools such as Sketch.
Ideally have experience working in an agile environment using:
- Scrum software development practices
- Unit testing
- CI/CD practices
- Rigorous code review and Git
