IN BRIEF:
- We are looking for an experienced Python engineer who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and build optimal, scalable architectural data warehouse solutions, store and process data based on Instana’s software stacks: Python, MongoDB, MySQL
- Implement services follow modular programming and clean code principles
- Responsibility for database architect testing for scalability and performance
- Work independently and part of teams to develop solutions that optimize the product development process with Scrum

Your Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENT:
- Experience with architectural patterns, design data pipeline for high availability, performance, scale-out architecture.
- Experience working with data processing like Sparks / Hadoop and at least 1,5 years working with message queues
- At least 1,5 years of experience of databases (SQL/ NoSQL), and the ability to make choices among available technology based on requirements. Having experience using MongoDB is a plus.
- At least 1,5 years of experience of design, deploying on AWS Cloud
- At least 1,5 years of experience coding in one or more languages like Python and developing Rest API
- Experience with product development.
- Knowledge of Scrum is a plus
