We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Tech Hub in Vietnam to support the CTO and Engineering Directors on various regional development projects across ZALORA Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and support various development projects across the Engineering organisation which require coordination between Engineering sub-teams or between Engineering and other business departments within ZALORA.
- Support the CTO and Engineering directors on OKR coordination on a quarterly base: coordinate the design of OKRs and also tracking of results.
- Develop project timelines for various internal Engineering projects and keep track of them.
- Participate in major sales events such as 11.11/12.12, including but not limited to resource coordination, technical, and stress test planning.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure architecture and technical aspects and putting complex software solutions into production
- Experience in driving compliance-related projects for PCI DSS or GDPR requirements.

Your Skills and Experience
- Diligent, detail-oriented and have the ability to work on various large scale projects in parallel.
- Must be well organized and able to work effectively under time pressure.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Project Management.
- Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure ( AWS/GCP)
- Experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects.
- Basic understanding of Web technologies
