Data Scientists advise business stakeholders on how to solve problems with advanced analytics, build predictive models and work with engineers to productionize them.
• Outline stages of a data product life cycles and propose implementation plan
• Research best practices and new methodologies in ML/AI
• Design ML/AI experiment to evaluate impact and answer business questions
• Package solution as a scalable automated computing pipeline that includes a feedback loop to measure & improve accuracy and outcomes over time
• Translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative

Key Skills
1. 1-2 years of experience working in analytics project
2. Able to clearly and effectively communicate to cross functional stakeholders of varying technical understanding
3. Ability to use common analytics toolkits, such as SQL, Python/R, Apache, Spark/Beam, etc.
4. Knowledgeable about scalable computing
5. Aware of design patterns encompassing efficient presentations and dashboards, with experience using BI tools such as Microsoft Power
BI and Tableau is a plus
6. Knowledgeable about recommender system is a plus
Analytics Experience
1. Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets and Data
modelling
2. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications
