- You will work closely with stakeholders who are usually the Functional Heads to make sure the resource plannings are effectively designed, implemented and well delivered to the TA teams.
- You collaborate closely with the TA teams to develop and run recruitment & talent attraction strategies.
- You’ll provide briefings and support to the TA teams for meetings with stakeholders.
- You will participate in organizing events and activities related to the company's, employee and recruitment area.
- You’ll organize and attend stakeholder meetings with the TA team and ensure feedback / responses / requests of stakeholders are responded within agreed timescales.
- You will provide regular resource and recruitment-related reports and analysis to the management team accurately and timely
- You'll ensure all relevant support teams are always kept updated of headcount changes and to proactively highlight any issues encountered in the headcount resourcing pipeline
- You will work with the Talent Sourcing Lead, Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager, and related Functional Heads to create the resource proposals and present them to the BOT clients.

- At least 7 years in resource management related roles or relevant positions.
- Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder engagement plans.
- Proven ability to work and multi-task under high pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex corporate environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines
- Experience in software services companies is preferred.
