YOUR MISSION - As Test lead / Test Manager
• Prepare Test Strategy and Test Plan and plan for various test activity like sprint, regression and End to End feature testing.
• Understanding the business requirements and arrange scenario review sessions with business & all stake holders to ensure the full coverage of testing.
• During the testing cycle, monitor the test progress by constantly assessing the work assigned to each of the resources and re-balance or re-allocate them as required.
• Check if there might be any delays in achieving the schedule and hold discussions with testers to figure out the issues that they may be facing and strive hard to resolve them.
• Hold meetings within the test team to make sure everyone is aware of what the other fellow team members are doing.
• Engaged with Clients directly on the possible solutions on UAT phase and Test process, requirements coverage and ensure project delivered on time successfully. • Prepare Test cases authoring/execution plans for the team based on the functional coverage of the requirement.
• Participate in customer releases to verify the application launching at expected level.
• Involve in solving Environmental problems along with Technical Support Team, especially in Sever Connections and Database sharing issues.
• Manage daily activities for testing and track the testing progress of the team.
• Preparing Testing/Defect status reports for daily/weekly standup meetings with Dev/Business/Project teams.
• Perform defect postmortem after every sprint to identify the causes for missing defects by testing team.

• A minimum of 5 years of testing and test management on large software implementation projects (should include completion of 2 complete projects).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Understanding of customer relationship management.
• People management and leadership skills, including coaching, supervision, staffing, career growth, and conflict management.
• Highly experienced writing test plans and test cases, and documenting software defects and anomalies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to maintain a high degree of quality.
• In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio.
