About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will be managing the cross-functional alignment of the whole platform lifecycle. You will oversee multiple projects and direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistency successfully. In this high-impact role, your contribution will be critical to the success of the team and to Vincere's business.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- An acute eye for detail. To ensure consistency across all products
- Product guide creation, implementation, and holding the team to product standards, including style and risk assessment accountability
- Reviewing all program feature development throughout the full cycle of the development process
- Reporting on program status, areas of risk/opportunity, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders
- Working with stakeholders and leadership team to evaluate and identify product problems, understand priorities, and propose process solutions
- Help make the right feature trade-offs to ship product without compromising customer experience and business relevance

Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 3-5 years of relevant technical product experience
- Experience in Program, Project or Scrum management in a technical team
- Have good interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Be able to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong/fluent communication in English (Vietnamese is a plus)
- Strong presentation skills
- Have a product mindset
- Be highly team & product-focused
- Ability to adjust the role as the company scales
Additional nice to have skills:
- Past start-up experience
- PMP or Prince 2 Certification
- PO Certification
- Scrum Certification
- Experience working as or with the recruitment industry
- Having an understanding the various SaaS products, CRMs, HR systems, Payroll systems, and Resource management
