- Research the current market related to digital process & solutions for card/ unsecured product, prepare information and contribute to presentation/sales pitch for managers and departments;
- Hands-on execution for department’s project, initiatives include but not limit to: manage the flow and progress of the project/ initiatives, support/ in charge of the business case ;
- Support department head in developing, leading, tracking and reporting on unsecured partnership/ digital initiatives;
- Identify potential channel partners who are strategically well-positioned to accelerate unsecured product growth and develop partnerships with them.
- Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships.
- Take primary responsibility for the execution and integration of new partnerships.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree, relevant qualifications in Technology, Business Administration is preferred
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experiences, preferably with exposure to Banking (Product, Digital Background) and Fintech / Startup companies
- Knowledge of retail banking including products, digital, fintech
- Smart and strong communication skills
- Highly developed research and analytical skills
- Familiar with new models, quickly understand and can explain a product from A-Z on both presentation and face to face meetings
- Highly commitment and hands-on experience
