KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as the key technical resource.
- Be part of our agile teams (we are using Scrum and XP) and following coding highest standards (Unit Test, Continuous Integration) on customizations and solutions with use of Java Enterprise (JSP, Tomcat, JPA/Hibernate), Spring Framework (Core and MVC) and Web Services (including SOA).
- Designing and developing Microservices using various technology stacks, specifically using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Supporting the development team by defining the most suitable technical solution or architecture and taking the technical lead on complex projects.
- Participating in core product architecture meetings.
- Contributing to and/or design system architecture.
- Interpreting written business requirements and technical specification documents.
- Performing coding to writing technical specifications.
- Performing code reviews a coaching
- Self-training on new technologies
- Leading & mentoring less experienced developers.
- Interacting with customers and partners, including business analysts, project managers and developers.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.

Your Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience (several years) as Java Technical Lead or Principal Developer.
- Experienced in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud Security, Zuul, Eureka, Zipkin, EFK, Spring Session & Redis
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of J2EE technologies and related best practices.
- Good to have knowledge in B2C eCommerce systems, J2EE application servers, preferably IBM WebSphere / Oracle ATG
- Database skills (Postgres, My SQL, Oracle)
- Proven design and architectural skills Experience in team technical leadership and education
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stack.
- Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment.
