- Elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts.
- Clarify, update, prioritize and document business, technical and functional requirements:
- Document the business requirements in details with all assumptions and caveats included.
- Define the quality attributes, external interfaces (UI), constraints, and other non-functional requirements.
- Analyze and verify requirements, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
- Get both business executive and developers on the same page.
- Serve as the principal conduit for managing system requirements between the business and the software development team throughout the duration of a project.
- Assist in operational rollout and support.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skill.
- 3+ years Business Analyst experience, preferably in financial institutions.
- Solid knowledge of software development processes, especially software requirement analysis.
- Good understanding of development life cycle with a keen interest in user experience and user journey.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to understand problems and express the complexity of them in clear terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to generate documentation in an accurate, unambiguous, and succinct fashion.
- Able to perform requirement gathering and managing work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, as well as presentation and customer relationship skills.
- Able to work independently with “Can-Do” spirit and to manage time effectively.
- Experience in UI / UX, Agile environment, Quality Assurance / Controller is a plus.
