ABOUT THE FUNCTION

• We are building a new team under the marketplace roof, which will be working on the transition from monolith to microservices
• Our teams are set up internationally in Vietnam and Germany

ABOUT THE ROLE 

• You will work in a small, agile Java team with other Java experts and build our microservices architecture with us
• Develop and grow talent through mentoring, coaching, and retention strategies for key talent in a fast growth, highly competitive economic environment
• Investigate the latest technologies to improve site reliability, developer experience and raw performance
