You will:
- Collaborate with the Product/Project Manager and clients to define and document Digital Product Requirements and Specification, include Business Flow, Use-Cases, Wireframe, Functional and Non-functional requirements.
- Elicit and analyze requirements from business partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze requirements or concepts and propose viable solutions that bring high value for business and end-users.
- Plan and prioritize development activities based on system, available resources, business goals, and end-user impact.
- Work closely with the development team (DEV, QC, Designer) and stakeholders in the SCRUM processes and ensure features are being implemented to meet business needs.
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of the products/processes/team performance and adjust.
- Propose innovative recommendations to expand product/project/organization strategy and vision.
- Lead the planning of product/project/release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Be an agent of change, lead team members to achieve project and organization’s goals
- Organize and lead projects and organization’s meetings.

Your Skills and Experience
You need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Business Analyst/ Product Owner or similar positions.
- Strong understanding of project management life cycle and system development life cycle, project management methodologies, and procedures, including Agile.
- Agile Mindset , Agile/SCRUM Certifications are highly preferred
- Excellent in feature prioritization, wireframing, conceptualizing.
- Excellent with web and mobile standards, UX principles, and usability.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills, planning, and time management skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects, leading, and developing top performing teams.
