WHY DOES THIS ROLE EXIST?

The role of the Product Manager exists to grow the business by acquiring and retaining subscribers. The goal for this role is to continually improve the experience of our Transaction Room product by delivering value to customers and increasing retention for the business. The Transaction Room is an important aspect of Ansarada and is used to run high risk transactions for large and small scale deals and tenders.
We have big plans and a great strategy to help our customers achieve their goals and outcomes. We know what we need to do, we just need your help to get it done.

HOW WILL YOU CREATE IMPACT?

You will make it even easier for our customers to get up to speed and achieve their outcomes on Ansarada. You will optimise first use, streamline the end-to-end experience, and deliver customer-centred improvements. You will drive business critical projects that lead to growth and expansion for Ansarada.
You will be the Senior Product Manager on the Diligence + Tenders team. It will be your responsibility to onboard users from a range of backgrounds and help them quickly achieve their goals and gain value from the product. To be successful, prior experience with the business analysis of large complex business problems is essential. Experience within the transaction or tender space, SaaS metrics, or on-boarding customers would be highly valued.
This role reports to the Chief Product and Design Officer and you will need to be comfortable with design and product thinking. You will work alongside our Founders and are able to collaborate with executive stakeholders.
Product is a team sport at Ansarada and we work hard to operate along side our go to market teams and customers. You drive collaboration at the nexus of feasibility, desirability and viability. You will balance the needs of Ansarada and customers to deliver consistent value over time.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

Define the Roadmap and Quarterly OKRs with your team, stakeholders and customers. Deliver clear rationale, ROI hypotheses, and alignment to strategy for every product decision. Research and understand our customers to deliver the best outcomes in concert with our vision and mission.
Assess the viability, feasibility, desirability, and simplicity of the product to improve the experience. Maintain a high level of impact on business metrics. Research new opportunities and keep abreast of outside innovations that influence the Ansarada ecosystem.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders and have a strong focus on the customer journey and funnel metrics to ensure we’re converting leads and achieving our business objectives. Collaborate with other go to market and product teams to deliver high quality solutions that are consistent.
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, teams and individuals. Be the go to person for your product area.

WHAT WILL YOU ACHIEVE? 

You will influence business growth by creating a great product experience that is human centred and amplifies our brand and product principles.
Month on month there will be more people spending more time on Ansarada. You will own a great roadmap based upon quantitative and qualitative information. You will align the team and help them connect to, and amplify the company strategy.
You will manage the throughput, effectiveness, and outcomes of the product team. You will ensure the team has everything they need to deliver successful outcomes over each quarter. You will provide regular status updates to highlight the potential value in your pipeline and to keep all teams in the loop.
