We are looking for Project Manager / Business Analyst
**Sign-on Bonus if you join in Nov/Dec 2020**

  • Responsible for enacting Agile/Scrum values and practices
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders by excellent communication
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Track project progress ensuring highest quality of work
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Making every kind of business development plans whether of short term program or long-term ventures.
  • Ensure appropriate tactical program is developed and implemented according to achieves objectives.
  • Understand Client’s business process management and business requirements.
  • Develop and manage internal and external client relationships, maintaining client satisfaction, with respect to project activities and ensuring effective communication with all parties exist at all times
  • Consult, influence and present professional solutions and ways forward to solve or improve clients’ business challenges, systems and processes

Yêu cầu công việc

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development and experience in full lifecycle projects management.
  • Experience and success with truly Scrum/Agile development teams
  • People management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, time management skills.
  • Be able to manage client relationships and negotiate changes to commitments/requirements
  • Background and understanding of software development
  • Strong logical and critical thinking
  • Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to give a good estimation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is a big plus)
