General Description:
- QM Manager is responsible for overall company quality assurance, quality control and customer satisfaction to provided services
- Manage ISO/ISMS certification systems
Job Duties:
- Develop and manage the quality assurance system of Digital Technology and Production Departments
- Establish and implement Quality Assurance procedures and conduct audits to:
• Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking;
• Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously.
• Research and propose the improvement to automate Quality Assurance function;
• Synthesize, analyze mistakes, and report project results.
• Contribute ideas to improvement the project process and program.
• Work with the external auditors (customers, related departments) in the related areas when required)

Responsibilities:

Establish and implement Quality Assurance procedures and conduct audits to:
• Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking;
• Ensure that the several testing and validation processes are improved continuously.
• Research and propose the improvement to automate QA function;
• Synthesize, analyze mistakes, and report project results.
• Contribute ideas to improvement the project process and program.
• Work with the external auditors (customers, related departments) in the related areas when required

Establish and implement quality control (QC) systems and procedures to ensure the quality of products meet desired levels of standards and compliance at all stages
• Work closely with team on the project deadlines;
• Monitor the project quality to propose the proper timeline and method for QC;
• Supporting QA staff and checking projects must process follow file QC Model;
• Oversight pilot projects;
• Propose solutions to improve project quality;
• Control the project quality based on QC plan to ensure the quality targets.
• Provide training on analysis, measurement for QC team

Handling with customer complaints
• Build-up and deployment the complaints handling procedure
• Train employees to follow procedures when handling complaints and ensure that they have the sufficient capabilities to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Encourage our clients to provide feedback and complaints so that they let us know when there is a problem and give us the opportunity to resolve it
• Investigate and coordinate with related stakeholders to propose solutions to complaint to meet customer satisfaction. Follow-up preventive measurements

Certification system management of security and quality
• Build, develop and control the effective of documents related to certificate system
• Plan and monitor development and compliance of company’s policy, ISO standards.
• Liaise with ISO external auditor to ensure ISO certification maintained.
• Plan and execute internal audit activities to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with other department to improve, correct non-conformity.
• Responsible for risk management and monitoring risk treatment.
• Develop internal and external training programs related to system management

Development of Quality Assurance Department
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
• Prepare report of QA/QC work and evaluate result (monthly, quarterly, yearly);
• Provides constructive and timely performance feedback
• Recruits, interviews, and trains new staff in the department.
• Motivate team to improve the efficiency so that the time saved can be used in different work areas;
• Facilitates professional development, training, and development for staff.

Skills and work experience requirements:
• 5-year experiences in similar position.
• Have experience in software development
• Good experience in one of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLServer.
• Basic knowledge of software testing process.
• Knowledge of QMS ISO 9001:2008 & ISMS ISO/IEC 27001:2005
• Excellent coaching skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff members.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the Management Team
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good skill and be interested in researching new technology.
