• Defining requirements and Vietnam team will design/implement/test (UT/IT).
• Taking role of the bridge between JP team and VN team, management schedule/quality of VN team.
• Working with team size over 10 members, long-term project.
• Managing team productivity
Yêu cầu công việc
• Work in Japan over 3years or Work in Japanese company in VN over 5 years.
• Work as programmer over 2 years.
• Have experience of being Leader.
• Have experience of discussing about site-design with client and designer.
• Good at Japanese communication skills, respond to questions directly, promptly, without diverging from the subject too much.
• Good management skill and high responsibility.
• Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Experienced with Version control systems (Git/ SVN)
