Can you show us a track record of creating influential and impactful UX/UI designs that deliver incredible user experiences? If so, you could be exactly the person we need to join our new team in Vietnam.
We are Stratavo, a new and rapidly expanding tech consultancy based in the UK and about to open a tech-driven center of excellence in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang.
Join us, and you’ll be playing a key role in a business that embraces new ideas and technologies. Our goal is to deliver products and services that make life easier and better for our customers. And you’ll be instrumental in helping us do exactly that.
This senior role calls for outstanding creative and problem solving skills, yes, but also people management abilities. Because as the team grows, we’ll look to you to manage the UX and UI designers based in Da Nang and across the world. Because you will be liasing with colleagues and customers based in the UK and US, excellent written and verbal English language skills are essential.

Your responsibilities
- Working closely with customers to discover and define requirements that reflect their brand/product vision
- Proactively anticipating client needs
- Constantly researching the market and internet for inspiration and for products that have already solved problems similar to the ones you face
- Translating concepts into easy to navigate user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, designs, and interactive prototypes

Your Skills and Experience
The role requires
- A real passion for creating amazing products
- Plenty of patience as often interfaces need to be designed multiple times before hitting the jackpot!
- A track record of successfully leading, motivating, mentoring, and managing teams
- Strong interaction design skills
- A portfolio with examples of finished UX/UI projects
- Ability to demonstrate the role you’ve played in the development process on previous projects
Your qualifications
Make no mistake, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organization from day one. As a result, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with:
- 5 -7 years relevant experience
- Experience with Design Systems (Figma) and user research methodologies
- Excellent communication skills (in the English language)
