Job description:
- Giving clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders.
- Clarifying the duties, roles and functions of each team members.
- Creating and implement project plan and execution project.
- Management and follow schedule of project.
- Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers and Japanese team to make sure all resources needed for the project are available.
What you will grow into when working with us
- Will be an experienced Ruby on Rails or PHP developer with many different kinds of projects.

Your Skills and Experience
Your skills and experience
- Experience as team leader at least 2 years+.
- Good in code version control (how to use GIT...).
- Can present idea and communicate through designs, example and specification in a non-ambiguous way.
- Experience with manage project progress to make sure on-time delivery with high quality.
- Experience working in Japanese environment, communication with Japanese in work.
- Japanese skill (N3 Over)
