IN BRIEF:
We are looking for an experience Business Intelligence Manager professional to join our fast growing organization. In this role, you will develop and execute business processes and detailed data analytics for Customer Service Operations and Marketing Industrial Products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and executes business processes and detailed data analytics for Customer Service Operations and Marketing Industrial Products.
- Oversees insightful and goal driven analyses to investigate ongoing or customer service issues.
- Reviews performance productivity reports and analyzes trends, areas of opportunity and improvement, and trouble shoots any potential problems.
- Works collaboratively with department leaders to develop and drive sub departmental initiatives.
- Understands and communicates the financial and operational impact of findings to department leadership.
- Collaborates with all groups within the Marketing department to provide high quality customer experience, support the commercial and operating strategies, and gain competitive advantage through technology-led proactive customer engagement, and efficient terminal, equipment, and specialized services.
- Proactively notifies appropriate business stakeholders about data integrity issues or opportunities for system enhancements.
- Provides department leaders with recommendations for the creation of analytical applications to improve business processes.
- Works with IT department on the management of the data warehouse.

Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
- Proven analytical abilities with various data processing systems
- Practical experience generating and presenting process documentation and reports
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to teams and upper management
- Experience in managing others with a strong focus on collaborating with others
- Proficient at SQL query development.
- Familiar with statistical/optimization tools (eg. R, Python ...)
- Statistical analysis, business analysis, business performance management
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- Highly energetic and self-motivated
- Ability to relentlessly drive initiatives to achieve organization goals
- Developed interpersonal and communication skills required to work across all aspects of the organization and agencies at all levels
- Job holder should be the deadline and detail-oriented as well as organized to ensure that tasks are accurately completed and in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and handle multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and utilize effective problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Previous studies in Statistics, Economics, Information System, Business. Preferably 3-5 years of a proven career track in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics
