WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
You will provide hands-on leadership whilst taking responsibility for the quality and delivery of the team:
- Coach engineers and lead teams towards improving and fulfilling their productivity
- Collaborate with other teams (Product Management, Technical Support, etc...) to ensure stable systems, successful releases and development predictability
- Design, develop, review, implement, and manage .NET application code and services
- Participate in an agile software development environment with international development teams
- Build scalable microservices-based products and APIs using .NET technologies on Azure cloud architecture
- Proactively remove impediments and deliver business commitments through leadership
- Build a culture of ‘continuous improvement’ within the team
- Use CI/CD and DevOps best practices, processes, and tooling
- Provide assistance to businesses or customers by proposing the optimal set of products and application integration

Your Skills and Experience
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE
MUST HAVE:
- At least 7 years of experience in web development technologies in general with strong team leadership experience
- Solid experience of .NET technologies: ASP.NET and C#, REST API’s, Web Services and SOA
- Solid experience in Agile development environments
- Solid experience in Cloud computing and Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience in working with relational and/or non-relational databases (MySQL 5.7, MongoDB, DocumentDB, Cassandra, etc...)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery tools (Octopus Deploy, Teamcity)
- Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Vietnamese & English)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Open and enthusiastic collaborator
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in Education/E-learning industry
- Experience in JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js/Angular
- Additional knowledge and experiences in Salesforce is a good plus
- Excellent capability in Research & Development (R&D)
- Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area
