- Handle all incoming user support and escalate accordingly via SAManage Platform
- Capable of setting up new workstations and replacements which may require lifting 20 lbs or more
- Capable of assisting users with Backup and Restore.
- Assist users with various software installation, updates and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in supporting GSuite, Microsoft O365 products, Adobe, Jira, CRM.
- Manage office phone lines and VOIP, as applicable
- Maintaining software and hardware assets through internal systems.
- Understanding of Local Area Network with basic configuration knowledge.
- Update all IT documentation as advised by supervisor. Management of inventory and refurbishment procedures.
- Perform special projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform onboarding procedures per company standards for new staff.
- On-call rotation required for after-hours emergency supports.
- Correct management of billing and invoices with Finance team.
- Support tasks relating to DevOps.
- Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud environment (Azure and/or AWS)

Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2-year experience in a position related to IT Support or/and DevOps
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in working with ticketing systems
- Proficient in supporting Windows 10 environment and mobile devices (iOS / Android)
- Previous experience working in a desktop support environment
- Functional knowledge of LAN protocols
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Basic knowledge of DevOps toolset
- Basic knowledge with monitoring tools
- Proven to work independently and capable of working in a team environment
- Smart, loyal, hard-working and super organized person.
