JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze and deploy current processes in software development and IT Security and push improvements.
- Integrate agile values, principles, and practices in the whole company and coach the process participants in the further development of their procedures.
- Recognize potential or existing impediments and conflicts and actively find solutions.
