- To ensure consistency of company strategy, commitments and goals
- Manage the project team to achieve the defined objectives
- Communicate with customers / vendors / other contractor on requirements, schedule, technical solution, etc

Education and/or Experience:
- B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT)
- 4+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years of project management (team building, requirement scope management, estimate, plan, architecture oriented monitoring/controlling, quality-gate management, etc
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong at general IT knowledge (applications development, testing, standards, best practices, security, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.)
- Experienced in object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) skills, XML, SOA, Messaging (MQ/JMS), design patterns, common frameworks, UML, multi-thread for projects in .NET/JAVA/PHP technologies
- Team and project management skill
- Quality and on-time oriented mindset
- Strong communication and customer interface skills
- Good English speaking skill
- Japanese skill with level-3 and above is a plus
