For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Medior Java Developer to work with a progressive and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment.

The Medior Java Developer will work closely together with partners outside Vietnam and will join one of the SCRUM development cycles. Daily stand up video conferences are part of the job. Our client is an exciting software services company with offices in HCMC and Auckland, New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join a dynamic team and work on a large-scale project for a major customer in the FinTech industry. Team size in VN is 7-8 people (including Angular, QA, AWS, Java devs) working directly with a team in NZ.

· From 3+ years commercial development experience

· Strong Java skills for backend development

· Client-side development with Angular. Good knowledge of UI/UX practices.

· Integration Development knowledge (ETL Development, creating and consuming APIs).

· Database development skills with MongoDB

· Good command of English in both written and spoken communications.

Nice-to-have skills

· Experience with Integration frameworks like Mule or Kafka

· Streaming data experience with Apache projects like Flink, Beam or Camel

· Experience with AWS

· Code review using SonarQube
