Tóm tắt công việc

- Responsible for analyzing and assessing impact business requirement which to be implement on Loan Origination Product, including but not limited to Loan Origination System for Retail Customer, Loan Origination System for Corporate Customer, Internal Credit Bureau System and other directly related systems in this domain
- Research about service related to this domain.
- Proactively offer solutions, investigate, collect and analyze business requests about this domain. Design SRS for development. Design processes, reports, charts and formulas for business understanding about business and operation rules related to this domain.
- Design, develop, and deploy soulutions to actualize requirement analysis results in order to build up applications that can meet business requirements of this domain.
- Xây dựng các tài liệu chi tiết, bao gồm: tài liệu phân tích, tài liệu phát triển, kịch bản kiểm thử, hướng dẫn sử dụng cho các yêu cầu phát triển của mảng nghiệp vụ này / Develop detailed documents, including analysis document, developing document, testcase, SOM documents of change requests for this domain.
- Manage vendors, services quality of vendors/other service providers related to this domain and take full responsibility on their services.
- Level 2 and Level 3 support for the corresponding systems in this domain, which provides expertise to fulfill all customer requests, according to the IT Service SLA.
- Being responsible to resolve and/or managing other domain lead to resolve incidents and problems related to customer in this domain in a timely manner, which minimize the business lost.
- Proactively propose IT service process improvements, changes in system, business process changes related to this domain

Yêu cầu công việc

- Specialized in IT, Banking and Finance, MBA/ Bachelor degree and above
- Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products.
- Understand how to write a SRS, BRD for Banking Products/processes
- Working with particular systems in LOS and Loan Processes
- 3- 5 years’ experience in Software Development
- Experience in a particular banking or related domain for at least 2 years
- Can communicate in English (mandatory)
- Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude
- Responsible, Proactive and Ethical about secure Banking Data
- Analytical and problem solving skills
