Responsibilities

• Be in charge of key tasks such as: Client engagement, Timeline Planning, Task/Resource Management, Project Documentation.
   
• Own the relationship with a client to get under their skin - in order to drive requirements and expectations within the team.
   
• Work with strategy and marketing teams to identify project success criteria, deliverables, key milestones and opportunities beyond the brief.
   
• Assist in preparation of documents such as Client Briefs, Pitch decks, Request for Proposals (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), Contact Reports, Project Timelines and Training Documentation.
   
• Provide support to project managers during project execution phase, taking minutes taking during project meetings, and drafting of contact reports to clients.
   
• Work closely with project managers to develop and execute project timelines - we expect you already have an intuitive grasp of this - but we want to show you how its done like a pro!
   
• Play a significant role in owning project requirements and KPIs, ensuring good quality work is delivered on time, on budget and on Target.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, web development or project management
• Fresh graduates must have freelance or personal project experience to be considered.
• Understand the full project lifecycle of a digital nature
• Digitally savvy
• Strong written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Competent with Microsoft Project for timeline planning
• Be able to produce well-defined documentation
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
• Pay attention to every little detail, and not accept mediocre work
• Embrace a culture of openness and integrity
• Be curious, hungry and self-driven
