The QA/Tester will be responsible for, but not be limited to, the following:
· Participating in review and analyze the requirement to understand test objectives, provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities
· Creating test plans, test cases and manual/automated test scripts
· Executing manual/automated test plans
· Participating in functional testing, regression testing and performance testing
· Identifying and report bugs, issues, risks, and bottlenecks within the application
· Contribute expertise on awareness of risks, and operational impact
· Retrospective with team to recognize lesson learn & giving improvement actions

• Education: University Graduated
• Min 05 years working experiences in QA
• English: Intermediate (Able to communicate well in English)
• The individual must have a passion for software testing and finding bugs in software prior to deployment
• Highly motivated self starter, a team player who works well on cross functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to portray information in a logical and well organized manner
• Proven record of developing strong, positive relationships with the software development team, especially developers and PO. Good communication with team
