Be responsible for ensuring the operation stability of SAAS layer of payment platform, including

1. Control and prevent risk of system stability in advance: identify the risk of stability and solve the specific risks in the R&D process of payment platform.
2. In Advance High Availability Building: Identify all single point of failure, high concurrency, hot spots at the SAAS level, propose solutions and drive corresponding implementation;
3. Emergency handling: in the case of any production issues, be capable of handling the emergency, stop PROD bleeding and restore business; could coordinate with multiple teams in-between and establish and/or polish relevant emergency handling and prevention mechanism.
4. Ensure Daily System Stability: construct systematic technical risk control system/mechanism; analyze tech risk of key system interaction flows, daily feature changes and follow it up; build throttling capability for new features and carry out periodic fault injection drill to improve payment platform’s bleeding prevention and recovery capability.

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

- Good communication in Vietnamese and English are mandatory as the role requires working with Vietnamese and international teams.

- At least 5 year experience, proven hands-on Software Development experience.

 - Good knowledge in ensuring system stability, availability related principle and typical practice in high concurrent, high available environment; 

- Sophisticated coding experience/capability in high concurrent, high available environment with any languages like Java, Golang, Python, Shell, etc.
