You will...

• You will join the product team to enhance the customer experience in our product ecosystem for thousands of global customers through conducting research, analysis, products’ improvement activities towards Eye-Catching, Detailed-Oriented,     Easy-To-Use User Interface (UI).
• Participate in user and market research to produce product analysis and constructive improvement practices.
• Deliver attractive and effective user interfaces to elevate the aesthetic of the product.
• Define our UI guidelines and inform color palettes, typography, illustrations, and layout.
• Contribute to the product’s design system.
• Partner with PM and cross-functional teams to think through and craft flows, wireframes.
• Work closely with the product team to create new features and ensure any UI solutions will help to complement the overall user experience and journey.
• Employ design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation ability to walk through the product team on user experience journeys.

• 2+ years of experience working as a UI UX designer.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of UI design principles and techniques for web apps/mobile standards.
• Good working knowledge of UX and Interaction Design.
• Sharp, pixel-perfect visual skills and experience in the (latest) design software (Figma, Sketch, XD, Illustrator, etc).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5/XHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript, responsive web design.
• Strong technical aptitude, product common sense, and curiosity combined with a genuine love for products, people, and user experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good at English (research, basic communication).
• Strong ability to communicate and present your ideas clearly to small and large groups.
