Yêu cầu công việc
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in support teams, acting as a second-level of support to users.
- Must be good in Japanese and English.
- Effectively communicate with Japanese and English speaking support and Center staff.
- Provide remote hardware and software technical support to on-site learning Center and support personnel
- Provide off-hours support for North American Centers when conditions warrant
- Follow software installation procedures and perform software upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Ability to occasionally travel outside Vietnam for training and in-person Center visits in Asia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification in the area of hardware, software or networking
- Knowledge of Windows 10 OS for PC and Servers in a network environment
- Experience with LAN setup, configuration and security
- Basic understanding of PC and mobile hardware
- Experience with software installations and upgrades in Microsoft Windows and mobile environments
- WEB/HTML/SQL experience is a plus
- Database administration experience is a plus
- Understanding and experience with VoIP a plus
