Role & Responsibilities:

The Senior Developer will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, conceptual design, project estimation, detailed design, software construction, and deployment.

The Senior Developer  will also facilitate and lead the core development process as well as ensure proper interaction with existing or new technology.

Good Mindset for Development schedule/Quality/Self-Study.

What you will do

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable  PHP Web application/System
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Working autonomous, proactive following SCRUM (Agile)

Required Skills:

• At least 3-5 years experience PHP or Web applications
• Familiar with  HTML/CSS/Javascript / MySQL or MS SQL
• Attitude to challenge other programing languages, work for full stack and front-end/back-end
• Good at training/mentoring
• Good at a problem-solving skill
• Fluency in English (at least reading/writing) is a must.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• .NET /other Web Programing Language development experience is highly Plus.
• At least, good at one technology is a must
• Experience in leading team/communication by English is highly plus.
