As a recent graduate and or with some work experience to date you:

• Are a passionate developer - you have a portfolio of university projects, sites, hobby apps, recent work examples.
• Can demonstrate an understanding and awareness of programming and software engineering design practices and patterns
• Show a desire to continuing to learn and grow your software development skills
• Can demonstrate a genuine commitment to getting things done

Technically you will understand and have worked with some (or all):

• Knowledge and use of Java
  • Java or Java EE Certified or in progress,
  • Knowledge of patterns, core libraries and frameworks
• Some understanding and use of
  • Java Application Server technologies
  • JSF 2 with Primefaces, JS
  • Java Messaging
  • Spring and Hibernate
  • SQL
  • Linux
• Comfortable learning and working with some legacy back-end software
• We use Genero 4GL for some of our high volume back-end processing
• Bonus if you’re Experienced or comfortable with
  • Eclipse as the main IDE
  • Working in an Agile environment (we use JIRA)
  • Current Windows experience
