Because our organization such as System Engineer, Offshore, R&D, Service Development, Mobile, Infra is a matrix organization, the salary is decided by the managers but the bonus is decided by the project leader.

Currently, we have 6 managers and 10 projects so the managers and the project leaders are duplicated. 

Leader position salary: 1,500 ~ 1,800$

Member position: 900 ~ 1,400$

- 3 times Bonus per year: Spring, Summer and Winter.

a. In 2020 winter bonus is around 1,000,000,000VND divided into around 19 staffs

b. A leader has an authority the amount of the bonus and shares it with your members so that you will decide your bonus by yourself.

- More holiday: Vietnamese holiday + Golden week (May), Obon (Aug), Year-end (Dec/Jan)

- Company Trip: Go abroad/domestic (2 times Thailand, 1 time Vietnam, 1 time Malaysia)

- Food: Free lunch, drinks, parking space

- House: Free company resident at gorgeous Villa on Thao Dien, District 2 including big kitchen, swimming pool, jacuzzi and BBQ space (Free electronic + water as well).

- Study: IT seminar/training, English Lesson

- Finding any opportunities in PAV such as setting up a joint venture for a new business with you.

- Challenging a lot of new things such as AI, Kubernetes, Cloud and blockchain in technologies perspective and Upper phase, Data Scientist, Manager of the branches in business perspective.

- The business domain is not only B2B but also B2C

- Global business such as Japan, Vietnam so far and planning to set up in Singapore, Sri Lanka and Laos after Corona as a new business.

- Singapore and Sri Lanka are specialized for AI researcher/Data Scientist and Laos (Lower Phase) is for application with Vietnam (Upper Phase).

- Revoluting Japanese IT industry to remove the margin among the contractors in order to cooperate with global resources in Asia as well as a small software house in Japan like Pascalia (Kanda Valley)..

- Making a platform of hybrid development and showing it on the media in order to match the resources of SEA.

- Becoming a member of 100% independent company (not child company of Japan) so that there is no Japanese manager (Only Vietnamese managers)

- Working with end users (all our clients are end users, not subcontractors) and experienced Japanese and Vietnamese developers so that it is more controllable.

- Finding an opportunity to work with the government of Vietnam, Laos and so on in ICT projects.

- Working with thousands of motivations in an environment where you can stay at the company house, and enjoy a lot of foods

- Joining many activities like team building, monthly company party, company trip, etc

Technical requirement:

• Strong knowledge and experience on PHP and PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP
• Knowledge of web application, OOP, MVC, DesignPattern
• Front-end programming experiences: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, ReactJs, VueJs. VueJs is most preferred.
• Good database knowledge: MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, …
• Proficiency in software development
• Proficient in git
• Strong familiarity with Automation technologies
• Experience in debugging existing code and strong code reviewing capabilities.
• Knowledge of software engineer toolkits, such as git, docker + vagrant are a big plus
• Basic Linux knowledge
• Testing: experience in unit test, functional test (integration test is a plus)
