About our Team

Our team is responsible for creating a brand of new digital financial platforms and apps that are highly reliable and scalable using modern engineering practices. You will be joining a project which talented software engineers in our Digital Bank Build team who is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the new digital banking platform and the customer channels. As part of the team, you will be responsible for implementing software features, involve in technical designs and writing tests to ensure the high quality delivery of the product. The teams operate in Scrum and DevOps model.

We're looking for top engineers out there! During the interview process we will test your coding and design skills to assess your experience and depth of knowledge. Don't worry our interview process will be fun!

About the job

The Technical Architect will drive the efficient delivery of change through analysis, definition and documentation of requirements whilst identifying potential solutions using agile delivery frameworks.

The purpose of this role is to participate in the development and execution of an innovative mobile banking business in Asia. This will include the development of in-country and cross-border solutions across all facets of a mobile banking operation including; customer experience and design, developing and implementing new products and services, tactical change management programs, project budgets / outcomes, process engineering, and other functional deliverables. Risk management and technology innovation will be essential for the team’s success.

Required Experience:

• At least 8+ years experience working in enterprise and digital domains.
• Strong knowledge of one or more automated test tools
• Strong knowledge and execution of continuous delivery and development practices
• Expert in depth experience in at least one the following areas: Java Web development (HTML, CSS, Angular or similar), iOS/Android, or .NET 4.x / API/C#.
• Deep understanding of API and REST services, as well as integration to mobile and web.
• Deep understanding of mobile development security
• Experience in enterprise architecture
• Experience using third party libraries like Bootstrap, Social APIs, AngularJS, React and scripting like PowerShell, grunt
• Experience in continuous delivery using TeamCity and Octopus Deploy or equivalent

Qualifications:

• The ability to work and live in Ho Chi Minh City
• The ability to travel to countries where IFS business operation as required (e.g.: Indonesia, South Africa and India)
• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or a related discipline with proven “hands-on” mobile development experience
• Work experience in Asia and regional language skills will be highly regrade
